Senior Manager - London Clearing Operations
This is a senior role for a Clearing Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of clearing support for an expanding London based proprietary electronic trading company. This will be a client facing role and previous experience of resolving client queries and managing clearing and exchange partner accounts is prerequisite.
Role will also include assuming full responsibility for all clearing issues and the resolution of all queries, problems and discrepancies between systems and departments in addition to querying complex data sets with SQL. Previous experience of analysing data where data accuracy is a key requirement would be extremely helpful.
The ideal candidate would also have a good knowledge of European equity market clearing, settlement structures and practice and demonstrate either experience and/or ability to build out clearing capabilities for Europe and build and develop provider and client relationships. Previous project and change management skills are essential to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
Together with a sound technical aptitude and an attention to detail, the successful applicant will demonstrate strong communication, client and problem solving skills, an enquiring mind and a can-do attitude.
