SENIOR MANAGER – CLIENT SERVICES recruitment

Your main responsibility will be to oversee all the processes that affect the bank’s clients, across the EMEA region, ensuring that the clients requirements and are delivered in a most professional and timely manner. Focussing on the implementation and servicing of the client’s treasury and cash operations, on-boarding/KYC, documentation and operations across multiple asset classes. You will implement process change and development and drive strategy forwards together with other senior management.

You will be a highly skilled, exceptional leader, who can communicate effectively with other senior stakeholders across the bank and equally with more junior members of the team. The highest level of business acumen is essential and you will have a solid working knowledge of banking, cash and trade operations. You will be able to work in a high pressured, fast-paced environment and be a cut above the rest, striving for excellence.
