Senior Manager, Collections & Recoveries, Retail Credit Risk
Exciting leadership role within this market leading retail bank, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of Collection Recovery strategy management and optimisation. You will be accountable for the planning, design and implementation of customer centric, statistically driven strategies. With Manager grade staff reporting directly in, leadership and organisational skills will prove paramount in delivering against the post's objectives. Furthermore with your team and stakeholders being located in different cities, your willingness and energy to travel throughout the working week is also necessary. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a managerial track record in Credit Risk, particularly in the context of Retail Banking, with past working knowledge of SAS and credit scorecards.
