Right now, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation Systems.
The Senior Manager, Compensation Systems is a technical expert in compensation design, data manipulation, analysis, metric development and tracking and system requirements/configuration. This role is responsible for the implementation, management and administration of global compensation data and systems. This is a highly visible role and the process owner for salary administration, merit budgeting, annual review processes and procedures, job evaluations, salary survey budgeting, job family design and development, market analysis and salary planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and administration of the global compensation tools and processes
- Global compensation data review and management including (but not limited to) corporate bonus plan auditing, eligibility, accruals and terms and conditions management; job code maintenance; global data review and maintenance
- Assist the global compensation team on process mapping, automating processes/procedures and becoming more streamlined
- Manage overall salary survey process, budget, participation, information updating and transport
- Conduct annual competitive pay and regression analysis, and work with regional compensation support to finalize
- Evaluate jobs using Towers Watson Global Grading System and ensure equity and compliance (FLSA and other regulations)
- Global job family development and maintenance, administration of the global job evaluation committee (JEC)
- Global market pricing of benchmark roles in TalentReward
- General compensation analysis and pay recommendations
- Development, design and monitoring of key metrics measuring the effectiveness and costs of our global compensation programs
- Development and maintenance of compensation scorecard
- Participate in the design and implementation of new programs and systems
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with at least 8 years significant compensation design work and 5 years experience in compensation administration and HRIS or Compensation Systems. Previous experience in metrics and score carding is a must as is previous experience in implementing a Global Compensation Planning Solution with project management and strong data analysis skills with the ability to work in a fast paced global environment.
