As part of a recent finance transformation programme a new opportunity has been created for a Senior Finance professional to lead a team of 4. This role is responsible for the providing leadership to Wealth Reporting and Planning team.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all aspects of the consolidated Wealth division results
- Reporting and liaison with parent company in relation to monthly, half yearly and year end reporting including results announcement and annual report disclosures
- Consolidation of product financials and prepare reports for Group, MD, CFO and Group Financial Controller
- Support the financial control team in consolidating forecasts, actual and performing consolidation level analysis for group financial controller for reporting to CFO and MD
- Reporting of consolidated results, variance analysis to plan and forecasts to senior management and CFO
- Produce clear, insightful and concise analysis.
- Ensure a focus on continous improvements and best practice financial frameworks to provide a seamless value add service to core customers.
This role requires a candidate who has 3+ years of experience in a Big 4 Audit environment and further professional experience gained in the Financial Services sector.
Candidates must display an in-depth understanding of wealth management-focused management accounting and reporting requirements together with prior corporate reporting and planning experience.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
