SENIOR MANAGER, CONSULTING

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop client relationships and network

•  Work with top management of existing and potential clients

•  Be a major contributor to the growth and development of the company

•  Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and ensure delivery of results

Candidate Profile Requirements:

•  Strong academic record with post graduate qualification (business or engineering) from a top tier university

•  10-15 years experience in top management consulting firms or experience within HR department of a renowned multinational group

•  Relevant experience in operational consulting, public sector, labor policies and HR management

•  Required fluency in English and Arabic, knowledge of French is a plus

•  Strong knowledge of the MENA region and specifically KSA
