Senior Manager, Corporate Development (M&A) recruitment
Reporting directly to the Regional Head, you will be responsible for assisting the development and management of group’s inorganic growth strategy. You will also be responsible for investigating, recommend and facilitate MA and divestment opportunities including business and financial analysis of companies of strategic importance, preparing pitching documents to potential targets, drafting board approvals and updates to the senior management.
The ideal candidate has a university degree and comes with at least 8 years experience financial services industry or management consulting. Life insurance knowledge will be an advantage. Research and analysis experience and MA exposure is a must.
