Senior Manager – Corporate Development recruitment
Multinational conglomerate is seeking a senior manager/VP to oversee its strategic financing and acquisitions both in China and overseas
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong track record in corporate finance to oversee the growth of conglomerate with a number of business lines. The organisation has grown significantly over the last 10 years and operates in a number of markets incoluding financial services, transport and luxury goods.
Woring within the corporate development department, you would be responsible for leading a team an executing all corporate finance activities for the group, such as preparing group subsidiaries for IPO and execution, valuation appraisal and exectution of corporate acquisitions and divestments.
The Successful candidate will have had a significant track record (5-7 years) of working in either corporate finance in an investment bank, corporate development, or big four organisation.
You will have an excellent understanding of Hong Kong listing rules, valuation techniques, and will have had prior experience of executing IPO transactions.
Fluent written and spoken Mandarin English essential.
