Senior Manager – Credit & Risk Management recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Developing and updating the monitoring of the Margin Portfolio of the company, and the daily risk reports with focus on margin calls and various credit risks, and providing monthly analysis of credit reports facilitating effective monitoring
- Managing the overall risks of the Company
- Identifying, reporting and resolving pertinent risk management issues for asset management business such as applicable the appropriate risk and control limits, the reporting of risk positions and performance, capital requirements, accounting treatment and standards, and investigation and resolution of irregular or disputed transactions
- Formulating and implementing appropriate and adequate risk measurement and reporting systems and independent oversight and control processes
- Designing the risk management strategy by critically assessing the business strategies, processes, products and services from a risk perspective (i.e. enterprise risk management)
- Establishing and implementing risk management policies and controls with the objective of reinforcing a robust risk management culture
- Working closely with COO and Legal Compliance to manage the change as required under Basel III in terms of system integration and to identify potential control gaps and areas for improvements in order to enhance the platform service delivery
- Preparing for the stress test and risk reports and carries out day to day monitoring tasks
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in portfolio or credit risk management, preferably in financial institutions
- Strong analytical, communication skills and problem solving skills
- Detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin
