Harvey Nash has been retained by a leading financial services company to recruit a Senior Manager – Customer Proposition. We seek a financial services professional with a proven track record of developing customer propositions and communications together with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. This multi-site marketing focused role involves the development of a customer relationship management strategy which meets commercial the needs of the business. The remit encompasses both direct and outsourced customer contact operations, driving a culture of continuous performance improvement and ensuring that customers are always treated fairly and that ‘best in class’ operating practices are delivered within regulatory governance. The successful candidate will have an engaging and influential style with strong stakeholder management skills (ideally including 3rd party outsourced account management) and a reputation for operational excellence within an environment where risk and control policy is the bed rock of delivering an effective CRM strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a results driven candidate with a collaborative and customer focused leadership style. In addition to a competitive remuneration package there could be some flexibility as to where this role is based although there will be regular business travel within the UK.
