Responsibilities:
This is an outstanding business partnering role leading a team of two qualified accountants working with the leadership team to drive the strategy and performance for the leveraged investments business. You will form a close working relationship with the front office, guiding them on the balance sheet, profit and loss, and giving them a sound understanding of the key performance indicators that drive the business. You will be a trusted business partner managing the relationship with the business head and his direct reports, working with them to grow the business.
They are looking for an experienced senior finance manager who is commercially aware and can effectively communicate complex financial issues and help guide the senior leadership team.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant - CA/CPA
- Experience in interaction with senior business and finance leaders
- Ability to drive change from initiation all the way through to implementation
- Skilled communicator in maintaining and developing productive working relationships at all management levels
