POSITION SUMMARY
 

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, motivated and experienced candidate to be our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, APAC.
 
Based in Singapore, the candidate is responsible for operating, developing and executing digital strategies in APAC.
 
The candidate is expected to co-lead the APAC digital team and ensure that the team is planning and executing effectively. There will be a strong need to work closely with the global and regional Digital team as well as in country stakeholders and agency partners.
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Drive mid-long term digital strategy and cross vertical integration across the business at RIM in APAC while ensuring short term targets are met.  This will include interactive channels, social media, search, mobile, and other marketing functions.
 
Managing digital platforms. A successful candidate will drive the strategy for the development and launch of marketing activities and programs. The role will require creative expertise and the ability to build and stellar digital plan.  Additionally, this person will drive the strategy for our social media presence that will span marketing and customer service for consumers.
 
Creation of unique digital marketing programs. You will be asked to formulate, create, and execute new digital marketing programs that transform the way we engage with our customers online and via social media. This will entail a regular communications cadence on these channels and unique programs to drive audience behavior.
 
Measuring performance. As a digital marketing leader you will also play a key role in defining proper tools and measurement techniques for digital marketing programs and overall performance of social media and digital applications.
 
Digital marketing. A key requirement will be the ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the digital space and how it impacts consumer behavior, traditional marketing, and current offerings. You will be asked to lead the strategic direction of social media, interactive, SEO, SEM etc. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  
* 6-8 years of brand marketing experience preferably with a Top 100 Brand company
* Creativity and customer marketing know-how
* An out of the box thinker with a demonstrated interest in taking on challenges
* Demonstrated collaboration across a broad group of internal and external groups
* A true passion for creating innovative and breakthrough experiences for customers and marketers
* Ability to manage teams, multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced environment
* Budget Management experience
* Agency management experience; ideally across multiple countries within Asia Pacific
* Superior communication (written and verbal) and collaborative skills
* Analytical and reporting skills, leveraging external and internal data sources
* Willingness to travel (20-30%)
* Demonstrated track record participating in highly matrixed, cross-functional teams
* Works proactively and creatively with evolving customer requirements in a fast-paced business environment
* Professional experience in Indonesia and preferably one or multiple Asian markets
