Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Services
Working with an impressive portfolio of clients, you will work on complex and challenging projects, focussing on designing their end-to-end risk management frameworks, strategies, appetite, methodologies and policies as well as appraising and reshaping their credit processes around rating evaluations, sanctioning, decision making, portfolio monitoring, collection and recovery, provisioning and write-offs, debt work-out, etc.
In this role, you will:
- Manage financial aspects of client engagements and communicate significant issues, fees, and estimates to partners and clients
- Assist partners and directors with generating new business opportunities and building client and industry experts networks and relationships
- Build strong internal relationships across service lines
- Develop new solutions and help to position yourself and the firm as market leaders, through participation in conferences, industry networks and publications
- Lead presentations and proposals for medium complex projects or elements of highly complex projects, and provide subject matter insight to bids and proposals.
- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring all levels of staff
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff
- Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training FS Risk professionals

To qualify you must possess:
- Considerable experience within a consultancy environment and/or banking
- Strong academic background. Statistic skills and some knowledge of major IT risk software would be advantageous
- Ability to effectively discuss with counterparts at financial institutions regarding credit risk processes, credit risk management frameworks, risk based pricing, risk appetite, credit risk policies, impairment, collections recoveries, capital management, credit data management, stress testing and credit risk models.
- Experience of leading the development and implementation of risk management frameworks
- Deep Knowledge of credit risk capital related regulations and current practices
- Insight on CRD IV and Basel III regulatory reforms impacting credit risk in financial institutions
