Primary Job Responsibilities The NA Marketplaces FPA Team is looking for a highly motivated individual with a combination of systems, finance and accounting skills to assume a management role within the NA Marketplaces FPA Team. The position will play a key role in strategic BU monthly, quarterly reporting/planning, and annual budget setting process. This is a high impact, high visibility position with exposure to NA MP CFO, Marketplaces FPA, and NA Business Leaders. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about MP business, and develop relationships with finance and business leaders across the region. This is a Manager position. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Lead and/or support finance and reporting system related projects from an owners perspective, including concept development, and requirement identification. Work in a cross functional role spanning various teams such as Financial Systems, Finance Users, Controllership, and Business Users to ensure fluid integration of new business operational initiatives (i.e. month end close, forecasting, and reporting functionality). Participate in ongoing SAP ERP and BW enhancements and shared service migrations to drive operational excellence through system design and efficient finance processes. Activate participation in the Marketplaces BU Operational Finance systems and processes to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to stream-line existing processes and improve automation through better utilization of systems and resources. Ensure management, continuity and improvement of our home-grown accrual Expense Management Tool (EMT). Responsibilities include ownership of tool implementation and vision. Serve as main liaison working with our GenPact business partners to manage the close process and eliminate effort from the underlying processese.
