Senior Manager, Finance Regional Support recruitment

Job Description

You will provide thought leadership and project management support to various initiatives driven by the SEA Chief Financial Officer.

Key Roles Responsibilities

Your specific responsibilities will include:
* Provide thought leadership to various initiatives led by the SEA CFO impacting Balance Sheet, PL and Transformation initiative
* Actively drive engagement across Singapore SEA
* Assist in Organization Design stream as well as implementation of other Finance Transformation projects across SEA

You will also be enaged in the following:
* Assist the CFO with day-to-day management of ad-hoc queries
* Organise key business meetings and conferences and monitor follow up
* Ensure follow through of action points arising from key meetings that are to be addressed by Wholesale Bank CFO, either with Finance or with a broader constituency
* Support communication between CFO and direct/matrix reports
* Formalize and operationalize projects initiatives with the function

Qualifications Skills

To succeed in this position, you should possess the following:

- good level of numeracy
- experience across business functions with a good understanding of banking and finance
- highly developed communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- ability to influence, negotiate and constructively challenge individuals at a variety of levels
- excellent networking skills
- strong analytical skills and business acumen
- project management skills to undertake, supervise and monitor specific projects and events
- trustworthy and absolute discretion required at all times.
