Senior Manager, Financial & Corporate Surveillance
Supervise, review and evaluate PLCs for the eradication of corporate irregularities and non-compliance with approved accounting standards and reporting to pre-empt corporate improprieties and minimize any discrepancies.
- Degree or Professional qualification in Accountancy with minimum of 6 years of technical post-qualification experience in a public accounting firm / as a preparer of financial statements and good to great understanding of the capital market.
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting standards, auditing standards, securities laws, companies laws and corporate finance
- At least six (6) years’ relevant working experience
You should also have other general requirements such as:
- Strong understanding of capital markets and relevant technical areas
- Appropriately high proficiency in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as sound judgement
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a diverse team
