A fantastic Adelaide based opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Senior Manager to take on the exciting challenge of leading our National Financial Planning Division.
Reporting to Executive Management, this key position has a direct impact on the achievement of the organisation’s vision, through the leadership and management of :-
- Financial advice delivery to our members and clients, through our workforce of 30 advisers
- Financial advice business growth in alignment with our Corporate objectives
- WA based Corporate Superannuation operations
- Strategic relationships with our external partners and suppliers
We are seeking a professional, positive and pro-active role model to lead our people in the achievement of our goals. Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to contribute as an integrated part of our Senior Management team are essential role requirements.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of contemporary financial planning management practices and trends
- A successful track record in leading and managing the delivery of financial advice
- Experience in leading and progressing strategic level initiatives into business unit operations, preferably within a financial planning environment
Suitable qualifications in financial planning or a related business discipline will be highly regarded.
