Senior Manager, Financial Reporting
As aSenior Manager, Financial Reportingat a leading Financial Services organisation based in London you`ll be responsible for:
- Manage, develop and motivate colleagues to create a high performing team to deliver business objectives
- Act as a senior source of professional expertise and input into the development of the Group`s financial reporting processes
- Undertake and oversee analysis of the monthly financial performance of the Group`s major subsidiaries.
- Provide insightful information, guidance and advice to influence business decisions
- Initiate and deliver agreed change programmes to achieve continuous improvement
- Assist in the production, review and analysis of group financial reporting, including press releases and US reporting (on Form 20-F) and the statutory accounts and results announcements. Manage and assist in the delivery of ad-hoc projects and tasks.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with significant appropriate post-qualification experience, up-to-date financial accounting knowledge, experience of financial analysis and a good understanding in the theory and practicalities of financial consolidations. The job holder will also be highly computer literate and have strong interpersonal skills, able to be a dynamic team member in a very high pressure environment.

70,000 - 80,000 plus big banking benefits
