Senior Manager- Foreign Exchange/Money Markets recruitment
A renowned banking institution that service wholesale and consumer banking customers are seeking a Senior Manager to support the Global head of FX/MM and ALM operations. You will play an integral role, being at the forefront of supporting the strategy and aspirations of the Financial Markets business and stakeholder engagement across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a new challenge within a reputable bank.
You will be responsible for;
- Effectively guide the design of the control agenda, policy and guidelines
- Initiate strategic vision and change oversight for FX/MM and ALM operations
- Provide support across WBO and WB Business units
- Adhere to regulatory and risk management framework as required
- Build rapport with senior stakeholders to deliver on business requirements
- Act as a leadership function to the Global Head of FX/MM and ALM Operations
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in an investment/commercial banking
- Sound knowledge in Trading, Middle Office, Risk, Change and Financial Management
- Proven experience in supporting Treasury Products
- Proficient in promoting change programmes
- Degree qualified in Business / IT
