Senior Manager FX /MM Operational Strategy – SINGAPORE recruitment
Due to promotion our client requires an FXMM senior manager to:
• Drive the strategic vision and big-picture oversight across the FX / MM Operations and other business units.
• As part of the global control agenda provide advice and direction to policy and guidelines affecting the Back and middle Office
• Work with senior management and governance committees to deliver on the control agenda.
This is a high profile position with a strong focus on development of the team and the funtion. As such strong Treasury Product knowledge and excellent communications skills are essential.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• 10 years + experience with FX / MM and Treasury products
• Strategic and focused approach to delivery and continuous improvement
• Substantial industry experience, ideally both local (Asia) and international markets
• Confident liaising across, Front Office, Middle Office and Back office environments
• Demonstrable background in the delivery of change
• Substantial experience within the investment and / or commercial banking industry
• Experience with outsourced operations would also be beneficial
