Senior Manager Governance & Control
Our client a leading bank is currently seeking a Senior Manager for the Governance and Control team. In this role you will be responsible for leading activity to continuously measure and monitor the risk profile for the finance community
Our client has an excellent track record of developing people within the business, if you are seeking a role that will give you the opportunity to drive change, operating and influencing at Director level across the business this role is for you.
Key accountabilities include:
Act as a senior source of professional expertise and provide input into the development into Finance policy
Lead the implementation of medium term operational plans in the context of the strategic direction
Develop, maintain and embed a robust control framework
Lead, develop and implement processes to deliver group aligned policy
Manage the operational and compliance risks associated with finance systems
To be successful, you will have a demonstrable track record in all of the competencies outlined above. You will have exceptional commercial acumen and the ability to turn strategy into results. You will ideally be a qualified accountant.
