Senior Manager, Group Credit Committee Secretariat recruitment
Key Roles Responsibilities
Discharge responsibilities as per GCC Terms of Reference as appointed and authorised by Group Risk Committee:
- All WB credit proposals that require approval and/or Noting by the Senior Approvers in Group Risk and/or credit proposals that require post approval endorsement by WB CEO
- All CB including Private Bank credit proposals that require approval by GCC.
- Manage all Group Credit Committee meetings for approval of Group Policy matters and WB, CB and Private Bank credit portfolio proposals and country reviews.
- Manage all WB credit proposals that require approval and/or Noting by the Senior Approvers in Group Risk
- Manage all WB credit proposals that require post approval endorsement by WB CEO
- Manage the quality assurance of papers submitted to GCC and Senior Approvals
- Manage the process for approval by Group Risk Committee on Group Credit Policy matters including Connected Client Treatment under the Large Exposure policy.
Qualifications Skills
To succeed in this role, you need to possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree
- several years of experience and knowlege in (1) credit policies and approval process; (2) writing of credit applications; (3) analysing data and production of useful MIS and Dashboard for senior management.
As this role requires interacting with all countries and very senior management in the bank, the following skills are required:
(1) good interpersonal and networking
(2) good communication including writing of minutes of meeting
(3) good analytical and presentation of MIS
(4) ability to see broader strategic perspectives
