Senior Manager, Group Documentary Trade Operations recruitment
A renowned banking institution that service wholesale and consumer banking customers are seeking a Senior Manager to support the Group Documentary Trade operations.
You will play an integral role, being at the forefront of supporting the strategy and aspirations to further grow the Documentary Trade Business.This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a new challenge within a reputable bank.
You will be responsible for;
- Partner with Group Transaction Banking
- Manage Documentary Trade Operations through various country structures
- Further develop the hubs as operational centres of service excellence
- Drive productivity, perform capacity reviews and migrate best practices
- Support countries in management of risks and resolution of issues
- Simplify and standardise processes to build scale
- Implement and drive IT solutions
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in trade finance / trade operations experience
- Sound knowledge in Trading, Middle Office, Risk, Change and Financial Management
- Proficient in promoting change programmes
- Degree qualified in Business / IT
- Strong technical skills
- CDCS Certified preferred
