Senior Manager, Group Strategy – Singapore based recruitment
This leading diversified International Investment Bank is extremely well positioned in the current climate and has an appetite for growth in the next 5-10 years. As a result they are currently looking to expand their corporate strategy capability across the region with a particular focus on China.
Joining the Corporate strategy team you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the overall strategic framework including the strategic planning process. This will include identifying growth opportunities, development of solutions and engagement across the bank.
You will also provide critical support in leading the execution/project management of Corporate MA transactions across the region including valuation. transaction structuring and due diligence.
The successful candidate will have had between 7 - 10yrs experience with a minimum of 3 yrs working within the banking sector ideally with investment banking product exposure and experience working in a corporate finance or MA capacity. (FIG experience preferred but not essential). You will have outstanding presentation and communication skills as well as a structured approach to problem solving. Chinese language skills will be highly regarded for this role.
