Senior Manager, Helpdesk and Customer Support Job in Park City 84060, Utah US
Position Requirements:
Employee has legal authorization to work in the United States.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- College degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
- 4 years of end user computer support experience required.
- Experience in Helpdesk management, leading and managing staff required.
- Prior event experience, or experience in a fast-paced organization strongly preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of current client/server environments, with specific working knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 Server, Client desktop virtualization environments.
- Knowledge of current desktop hardware and software configuration.
- Knowledge of current email systems, active directory, MS SharePoint.
- Skills in troubleshooting client operating systems and applications, including Windows 7, Office 2007/2010, MAC OSX, IOS, Android.
- Knowledge of current enterprise networking, with general knowledge in IP routing, IP sub netting, IP DHCP, DNS, firewalls and Cisco IOS, HP ProcurveNetworking.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues and communicate effectively with non-technical staff.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and successful completion of DMV background check required.
