Senior Manager – Immigration (Legal Services)

Our Immigration team provides a comprehensive menu of services for both temporary and permanent skilled migration and works closely with the firm's legal and tax practices and a variety of client profiles.

Presently we seek a high performing Senior Manager to lead our Western Australia Immigration practice within our Perth office. The successful candidate will form part of the core leadership team for the national immigration practice.

Duties include:

· Advisory correspondence and consulting projects, working closely with a client service team

· Manage client relationships, accountable for service delivery and immigration program management

· Deliver presentations and client briefings on legislative changes and immigration compliance

· Recruitment and management of a Perth-based immigration team

· Drive business development activities for Western Australia

Experience needed:

· You will be a Registered Migration Agent with current MARA registration to provide immigration advice in Australia with the Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority, with prior knowledge in Temporary Skilled work visas and the Employer Nomination Scheme.

· An ability to work efficiently and interact professionally and effectively with clients is important for this role. You will also have excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a diverse team environment.

· You will have completed a relevant undergraduate degree and have approximately 5 years experience working in either a similar role or legal environment.
