Senior Manager – Infrastructure and Operations recruitment

About the role:

Reporting to the Managing Director of Investment Services, you will act as the regional account manager for IT Services provided to the business units:

• working with business units’ IT representatives to solicit IO service requirements whilst managing IO services requests, solution planning, implementation and delivery
• ensuring IO governance, policy compliance for RITS
• managing O services delivery to meet business units’ expectation and Service Level Agreement
• coordinating the RITS effort in the service delivery to business units
• preparing and recommending IO budget, cost for services offering to business units

About the person:

To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess the following skills:

• at least eight years’ direct working experience, with three years in life insurance industry and at least five years’ experience in supervisory role
• strong Change Manager able to drive IO service improvement across multiple towers
• board based technology knowledge exposure to various technology domain, servers, networking, security and execution
• experience in technology account management, service delivery and support with a proven ability to effectively deliver business and IT goals / visions
• experience and track record in preparing and presenting business proposals to management, influencing the IT management and the other teams in the system solution
