Senior Manager – Infrastructure recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Plans and implements additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure in coordination with corporate leadership.
- Exercises staff oversight to ensure new operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans are consistent with the overall bank goals and objectives.
- Champions change and effectively manages the implementation of new ideas
- Holds responsibility for IT staffing and budgeting projections Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
Requirements:
- University Degree in IT or IT related discipline
- Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in managing a multi-site IT infrastructure and IT services management preferably in banking industry.
- Strong experiences in IT outsourcing/IT vendor management and communication with different parties.
- Familiar with best practices in IT services management (E.g. ITIL)
- Good command to both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
