Job description
As Senior Manager, International Content, your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the launch and ongoing production of international magazines, newspapers and catalogs on the product's platform
- Ensure digital publications are delivered to customers on time
- Ensure digital publications that are produced are of high quality
- Work closely with conversion houses and internal teams to produce publications and to continually improve the quality of the content
- Establish strong relationships with publishing partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Set up new publishers and publications in internal systems; make necessary updates to product information
- Develop expertise in the use of all internal tools and systems
- Test out new versions of the product's software on International versions of the device and ensure they perform properly
- Perform QA of content files on devices and client apps.
- Provide insights on country-specific customer needs and recommendations on how to localize the product to meet international needs
Who we are looking for
- You have 10+ years of relevant experience
- You have digital publishing and content production experience
- You have knowledge of ePub, PDFs, XML, desktop publishing/graphics tools
- You have experience managing a production team, processes and schedules
- You are detail oriented, with a strong comittment to excellence and excellent written and verbal communication skills
