Senior Manager Investigation
Plan, manage and lead investigations into highly complex cases of capital market offences and make recommendations in line with SC’s enforcement objectives based on evidence gathered.
- A strong first degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Law or equivalents
- At least six (6) years’ relevant working experience
- Experience in statutory/forensic audit (or similar), legal, compliance or securities/ finance industry, law enforcement
You should also have other general requirements such as:
- Strong understanding of capital markets and relevant technical areas
- Appropriately high proficiency in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as sound judgement
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a diverse team
