- Seeking Senior Manager as well as Senior Investigator
The position focuses on forensic accounting and investigations relating to allegations of employee misconduct, irregularities, audit and internal control issues.
Description:
• Plan, lead and execute investigations and special reviews
• Substantial experience with financial analyses, forensic accounting investigation techniques and financial modeling
• Establish a program for monitoring of operational or financial data to recognize patterns and trends and identify risk and control implications
• Assess and identify internal control deficiencies as well as opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Possess strong analytical skills to identify audit risks, fraud risks, investigative concerns
• Lead annual top-down fraud risk assessment process, as well as specific on-going fraud risk assessments.
• Fundamental knowledge of forensic software applications and other utilities to collect, process, review and analyze electronic evidence.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage a team of investigators
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to effectively prioritize initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to all levels of senior management.
• Ability to concurrently work on multiple projects, participate in assignments in a team environment, and consistently meets deadlines.
Requirements:
• Extensive forensic accounting or financial investigative experience
• B.S. / B.A. degree in Accounting or Finance or Forensic Accounting, Master’s an advantage
• CPA designation strongly preferred
• Certification such as CIA, CFSA, CISA, CFE, ENCE, GCFA, ACE, or CFCE is a plus.
• Big 4, Regulatory or Law Enforcement background desirable
• Superior Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, Access PowerPoint
• Proficient with forensic techniques, evidence handling procedures and the commonly used forensic toolsets, such as EnCase and FTK
Candidates will also be considered for a Sr. Investigator role, Mandarin language skills an advantage. The role is open to candidates in APAC
