We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager who can apply their technical knowledge and sound business judgment to execute IT audits across our diverse businesses and technical environments. Our team is cross functional and you will perform a wide range of technical and operational audits. As an IT auditor, you must be able to understand complex business processes and identify the full range or risks related to processes, regulatory compliance, organization, policy, and technology. In this position you will dig deep into the details of your audits. You should be comfortable interacting with highly technical software development engineers as well as business leaders. You will have the opportunity to learn our business, IT environment, and meet a wide range of stakeholders. We have a sophisticated SOA architecture. This position will challenge your current understanding of business systems. You need a broad technical background and the ability to learn new technology concepts quickly. Audit topics could include: network infrastructure and architecture, data warehouse, privacy, information security, business continuity, IT asset management, acquisition integration, platform security, and VoIP, among others. We donrsquo;t want someone who can just find risks. You should be able to translate technical risks into business issues. You must prioritize findings and recommendations in tune with our corporate strategy. You should be able to facilitate multiple stakeholders to agree on practical solutions and verify that risks are mitigated appropriately. We value personality, insight, intellectual flexibility, and sound business judgment. You must be an excellent writer who can succinctly communicate complicated technical issues in business terms. You must be a strong project manager who can conduct audits from beginning to end, often managing multiple projects at once. Up to 10% travel may be required, including international travel. You must demonstrate: Strong risk management experience, including: performing assessments and audits, designing controls, managing enterprise control frameworks, and prioritizing risk. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will prepare reports and make presentations to senior level management. You will interact with various levels of employees to collect and communicate information. Strong analytical skills. Proven history of analyzing data and situations to identify meaningful observations. Broad technical background with experience in large, complex IT enviornments Basic Qualifications 10+ years of experience with IT auditing, risk management, IT program or project management, and/or software development Excellent written and verbal communication BA/BS degree in information systems, computer science, or related field Enthusiasm to work hard and make history Preferred Qualifications Big 4 accounting firm experience is a plus Experience writing code, implementing technical solutions, or other IT related jobs is a plus Graduate degree preferred Relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, GIAC) preferred Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and COSO, COBIT, ISO, and ITIL frameworks Experience with UNIX security and Oracle Financials Experience with process improvement, Kaizan, and Six Sigma
