Senior Manager IT Audit-Risk (CISA, Apps, Systems & Infrastructure, TOP iBank) Tokyo JAPAN recruitment

Main responsibilities and daily tasks:

• Plan, execute and manage regional audits across different business silos including the securities group, enterprise infrastructure and corporate technology in accordance with established standards, taking a hands-on approach throughout

• Work with staff remotely in Asia and other regions

• Work with the Asia IT Audit Director to provide relevant data to the global CRM packs.

• Work with minimal supervision

• Develop and present recommendations and related audit report deliverables

• Ensure audit issues are persuasive and contains only relevant facts and information presented in a balanced manner

• Monitor progress using required administrative management tools to ensure completion of segmented assigned tasks timely

• Work on multiple reviews where necessary

• Perform QA self-assessments upon completion of the Audit

• Obtain agreed actions from the client management for all Audit findings

• Discuss findings and description of processes with Portfolio Manager

• Tracking actions through to conclusion - Follow up on the status of significant actions quarterly

• Perform special projects, regulatory review and administrative projects as requested by client management and Audit Management

• Maintain relationships with key local clients and conduct regular meetings to obtain updates and developments.

Main requirements:

• University degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Engineering or any related field

• Minimum 8 years of working experience, especially in Banking/ Financial Services/ Insurance/ Big4

• Experience in Investment banking would be a great advantage

• Experience in IT Audit on both Application technology, systems AND Infrastructure

• Certification on CISA is a must

• Knowledge of application development methods, technology infrastructure, computer processing environment, and experience in using computer assisted auditing techniques

• Strong Leadership, interpersonal, presentation skills and Team player

• Solid analytical and decision-making skills.

• Good understanding of (IT) technology-related regulatory requirements in Asia

• Ability to demonstrate creativity and intuitive thinking and to structure solutions to complex problems required.

• Strong Project Management skills (including good time Management)

• Capable of working on several projects at the same and under pressure

• Consistently complete work on time and within budget without compromising quality.

• Maintain a habit of continuous learning and take responsibility for the development of one’s own skills, including technical, business, interpersonal, written and informal verbal communication

• Set annual personal and professional goals and measure performance against them.

• Work toward obtaining appropriate professional certifications.
