This financial services organization is a globally renowned brand with presence in the UAE. They are currently looking to continue further growth within the region including United Arab Emirates, the GCC, and Middle East and North Africa.
A key strategic role has arisen for a senior market regulation professional to join the established compliance/ legal team. You will report to the General Counsel and play a major role in ensuring ongoing compliance with the Group’s roles in Middle East and the development, drafting and updating of rules, policies and procedures. You will draw from your experience in a range of regulatory activities in line with the Group’s business, and have a particular knowledge of the Middle East market’s compliance rules and regulations.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified in commerce, law, economics or other finance related field with a minimum of 10 years experience, 5 of which will be working in a senior regulatory capacity. Exposure to regional or international Capital Markets and dealing with regulators will be highly regarded.
