For the excellent business expansion in China and Hong Kong, now seeking Senior Manager (Manager) of Institutional Sales and Senior Manager (Manager) of Channel Sales in Hong Kong branch and VP of Product in headquarter (China).

Senior Manager/Manager of Institutional Sales (candidates have more experience will be considered as VP)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales of public mutual fund (RQFII), hedge fund and private fund (QFII) across Hong Kong branch platform.
- Client development, acquisition and relationship management via:
- Retail banking private banking channel. (Distribution Channel Development Company product presentation, training for the sales team of relevant distribution channels)
- HK and other market in Asia (except China) subsidiary’s direct sales center / cross selling with parent company
- Client referral agency channel (developing third party distribution opportunities)
- Handling private funds / retail funds (regional area) distribution and fund raising.
- Business development Institutional Clients (expect China), such as:
Distribution channel Banks
- Banks in HK, Singapore, Taiwan and other major cities in Asia
- Banks in global market
Non-banks / Institutional investors
- Asset management
- Trust
- Insurance companies
- Securities
- Fund of hedge fund
Prospects / Contacts (established relationship) in Regional Area:
- Asia Market (except China)
- Europe
- North America
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years or above institutional sales experience in leading companies of Asset Management/Securities or Mutual Fund Management is necessary.
- Strong knowledge and network of Hong Kong, strong relationships with Hong Kong regulator, institutional clients of oversea market, such as Hong Kong, USA, Europe is critical;
- Strong equity/fix income investment and product knowledge, A share or H share of equity is advantage
- Over Chinese who knows Hong Kong market or Asia market is plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is must, fluent in Cantonese is advantage.

Vice President /Senior Manager of Product (Beijing and Shanghai)
Location: Beijing or Shanghai

Report line: Head of Product
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product development product maintenance for China ’s full product range.
2. Providing support and content for product and investment aspects for China and Hong Kong’s marketing activity.
3. Communicate and coordinate with China Product development Innovation cooperation to promote business development throughout the group. Design, develop and implement new product, including product maintenance.
4. Service external customers including: overseas institutional clients, including investment banking, brokerage, Retail banking, QDII, and external QFII investors and Internal customers including: Sales, Investment Department, Product Innovation, Operations, Marketing, cross-sell with shareholder relevant sales team.
Regulatory authorities: the SFC, SAFE and CSRC.
5. Understand customer needs, collect market information and provide proposals to make product decisions.
6. Develop customized product solutions, communicate with the company's internal departments and perform analyze the product feasibility studies.
7. Keep updated with product-related regulatory developments, collecting and sorting the product release documents. Writing and/or reviewing product related legal documents.
8. Assist the sales staff with the road show and marketing promoting.
9. Market research, detect market trends, competitors’ analyses, periodic market reports.
Requirements
1. Mainland Chinese who has minimum 5 or above experience related to product sign and product development of Mutual fund, Asset management;
2. Strong writing skills; able to autonomously complete the entire product development process.
3. Basic level of understanding of financial engineering and basic quantitative analysis capabilities.
4. Independently undertake at least one complex project management/product development experience in more than 1 year.
5. Master or higher degree in Economics or Finance, CFA qualification is preferred.
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written), be able to use Mandarin as a working language.
7. Have a strong ability to meet deadlines and pro-actively undertake challenges, good communication skills and techniques, a cooperative spirit of team, and a strong organization and coordination ability.
