Senior Managers in Operational Improvement will possess a robust understanding of financial and analytical accounting and will be experienced in building an integrated financial model, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. He/she will have some knowledge of performance improvement initiatives, and will be confident presenting their own work both to more senior members of the AM team as well as the client. Successful candidates will also have some knowledge of the operational aspects of business (purchasing, supply chain, logistics, sales marketing, etc) and will have an understanding of cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Typically, successful appointees into the Turnaround and Performance Improvement team are action oriented self starters with entrepreneurial flair. They are comfortable working independently as well as in a high performing team. Excellent financial skills, analytical rigour and a demonstrable track record of success are critical.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Experience gained within a ‘Big 4’ environment is highly advantageous. Fluency in one or more European languages is highly desirable. UK experience is essential.
