All health and government organisations globally are facing increasing pressures and being asked to deliver more with the same budget or less. Combined with a growing and ageing population, the sustainability of the sector as a whole is challenging.

PwC is rapidly growing its Health Government Sector practice based in Perth in order to respond to these challenges. We are looking for exceptional people to work with our clients to deliver sustainable change and performance improvement.

As a Senior Manager in Consulting, you will play a key role in the expansion of our Health Government Practice. Your main responsibility will be leading the delivery of client engagements, typically as part of a larger team. You will also be actively involved in bid preparation, and the development of our intellectual capital. You will bring technical expertise and deep sector knowledge, for example, in some of the following areas: cost reduction/performance improvement, program management, policy strategy, financial management, process improvement, governance and organisational change.

Requirements

· At least 8-10 years Health or Government Sector experience

· Consulting experience desired, but not essential

· Ability to be part of a team that builds relationships, wins work and successfully delivers engagements

· Personal attributes – collaborative style, good listener, willingness to learn new skills, team player.
