Job Purpose

Our Marketing department is in need of an experienced individual to manage key strategic marketing partnerships and alliances.

The Sr. Manager, Partnership Marketing will be responsible for partner strategy formulation, concept development for new partnerships, deal negotiation, agreement execution and ongoing management of existing partners. This position requires the ability to negotiate with middle and senior management levels across groups and divisions, our Strategic Partners, Brand Managers, and Divisional Marketing teams.

Essential Job Results

As Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to lead the execution of partner marketing plans and strategies that meet business objectives.

  • Developing and implementing ongoing promotional partner strategy and activation to drive incremental financial value, to enhance our member hotel guest experience

  • Research, source and review new partner opportunities through the development of a business case. Negotiate partner contract and work with the legal team to execute contracts.

  • Enhance and expand existing partnerships to continue to grow value

    Skills/Requirements

    Candidates should possess:

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years related, professional level experience in marketing or the hospitality industry.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience in strategic alliances, partnerships or account management with a history of identifying partnerships and negotiating/managing contracts. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative/creative strategic marketing plans. Financial and budgeting acumen.

  • A results driven individual with a bias for action that can transform strong relationships/networks into impactful tangible business results.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, strong project management and organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, sound decision making, and analytical capability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Travel Required

    This position requires routine travel of up to 25%.
