Senior Manager Performance Insights recruitment

The role has been established to ensure the UK Business has clarity on the performance management challenges across its businesses and maintains appropriate focus on the relationship between the underlying risk and return across its business portfolio.  It will include responsibility for capital analysis and capital efficiency.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Performance Management, the scope of your role will include:

• Lead responsibility for conducting analysis on the key performance elements of the UK Business’s portfolio of businesses with a view to UK Board decision making

• Developing and providing insights on the UK Business’s portfolio from a return on risk perspective in its broadest sense

• Developing forward looking analysis that supports the future strategic direction of the business

• Ensuring the insight appropriately influences action in the business

• People coaching / communications / linkages role to develop a motivated and highly capable team

Coming from a technical background in Performance Management or Corporate Finance within Financial Services / Consultancy / Big 4, you will have an in-depth understanding of credit risk regulatory capital models and performance management analytics. You will have the ability to constructively challenge and question business propositions and be able to explain complex concepts in a readily comprehensible manner to non-experts. The role involves significant people leadership and influencing responsibilities. It is therefore essential that you have proven experience of successfully managing teams.
