The ideal candidate is degree qualified with a minimum 6 years of retail fund / wealth management marketing experience gained from well-recognised banks or financial institutions. Working closely with the sales team and various business partners, you will conduct marketing research to obtain customer insights and identify opportunities. Leading a small team, you will formulate highly effective marketing strategies and execute various customer acquisition and retention programs in order to increase market share.
Utilizing your exceptional English and Chinese communications skills, you will develop and produce a range of professional and engaging marketing collateral and product promotion tools. Also support marketing communications and investor education requirements for client groups as required.
Team management experience and expert knowledge of mutual funds and investor behaviour is required for this role. We invite candidates who are highly adaptable, self-motivated, detailed with superior budget management skills. Also possess strong market knowledge and enthusiasm for investment products and markets.
