The Role
Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Asset Management, you will be taking the lead in strategic asset allocations within the region. You will also be managing a portfolio of commercial properties with shared accountability for its financial performance and organic growth. You will be instrumental in providing valuable advice to the team on new mergers and acquisitions in new markets.
Your Profile
You are degree qualified with at least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity. You are commercially savvy with a strong knowledge of real estate markets dynamics in the region. You possess first class communication and presentations skills. You are a self driven individual with outstanding leadership capabilities.
