Senior Manager, Portfolio & Asset Management recruitment
Responsibilities
- Strategically guide asset allocation as well as country operations in sub-assets allocation
- Provide leadership in managing assets within the portfolio to fit the strategic directions and mandates reviewed and highlighted with recommended actions
- Conduct analysis and provide advice on investment opportunities in emerging markets for MA purposes
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate with strong preference for post-graduate qualifications
- Around 10 years of experience in the real estate industry
- Strong exposure to Asian real estate markets in business space. Familiarity with the real estate fund business is preferred
- Possess good negotiation, written and presentation skills
- Assertive and business savvy
