Position Summary @WalmartLabs is looking for a talented and dynamic leader to manage strategy and planning analytics as well as the development of department?s portfolio analysis tools and applications used in the Strategic planning process. This position is responsible for facilitating the organization?s short and long-term decision making with the aid of market research and market analysis. The position oversees system-wide projects and work groups across markets and with home office in Bentonville. This position works to develop and maintain processes for long term strategic planning and presents information for monthly and quarterly corporate review. This position is also responsible for the accuracy of measurement tracking and analysis of project data across markets in global eCommerce. Position Description Position Description ? Defines and implements department strategies ? Develops and manages Walmart Global eCommerce release portfolio ? Ensures cross-organizational alignment and communications ? Strengthens department leadership ? Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates ? Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity ? Ensures business needs are being met evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events. ?
