Senior Manager, Process Development Unit recruitment

Job Description

The senior manager is one of key members in Process Development Unit, who will work with CB process/product managers, UORM, LC, OR and e2e service/operation on process discussion and design to achieve the balance among operation efficiency, risk control and compliance, and customer experience. He or she connects all key stakeholders in CB process development.

Key Roles Responsibilities

1. Chair regular Process Development Forum with PDU primary members and CB process/product managers to discuss and design processes for China CB
2. Resolve the conflicts from the perspectives of operation efficiency, risk control and compliance, and customer experience to achieve balanced process design
3. Manage the e2e approval process for DOI changes to ensure the integrity and consistency
4. Implement effective and efficient China CB process change management to mitigate the impact of process changes on CB frontline
5. Own China CB DOI portal to develop it into the single and official repository of all China CB DOIs
6. Coach and mentor team members on career development

Qualifications Skills

1. Over 10 years of solid experience in banking industry especially in operations and service
2. Good communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Chinese
3. Strong stakeholder management, time management and presentation skills
4. Familar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
