Senior Manager Product Control Analysis c.£90,000 + Bonus + Benefits London

The Capital Markets Finance Director of a Leading Banking Group is looking for a qualified accountant with proven Product Control, Financial Management and process improvement experience. The Senior Manager Product Control Analysis will have broad responsibility for preparing, analysing and reporting the Credit Trading business activities.

Responsibilities surround preparing and/or assisting with preparation of key daily, weekly and monthly PL, balance sheet and risk reporting. This includes the production, analysis and commentary on the trading PL risk and new business review. Also responsible for maintenance and development of cash and completeness controls including ledger account segregation, reconciliation and ownership and maintenance of fair value adjustments

The Senior Manager Product Control Analysis is a key stakeholder in driving the department from being a reporting function to a high profile, value add business unit. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, ability to communicate confidently across the business, adapting approach to suite relevant stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of the credit market and related instruments is essential coupled with in-depth knowledge of valuation techniques. Also, knowledge of the full life cycle operational and control environment for a derivative product set is crucial
