Audit: Sr.Mgr w/ KPMG LLP in New York,NY.Supvse the client svc delivery of all engmt staff members.Lead audit engmt completion mtgs w/ Audit Committee client mgmt.Build maintain successful relationships w/ clients act as resource for client mgmt on appl of US GAAP, US GAAS, FASB, AICPA GASB standards.Participate in go-to-mkt events w/ mgmt client mgmt i.e. aiding in the id. of bus. dvlpmt oppties helping expand client base by id’ing growing current client portfolios.Mng client accts incl managing contracts,billing,fee anlys, new svc dvlpmt, supve billing of clients tracking reconciling collections.Overall responsblty for lead the audit executn of fin. stmts, disclosures, mgmt reports, eval. ICOFR audits for diverse set of public private clients of varying size scope, incl. multinat’l clients clients w/ multi subsidiaries or divs.Lead engmt mgmt consisting of supvsing mging engmt planning, executn, monitoring progress ultimate completion of fin. statemt SOX audit engmts.Sched. prof. staff on engmts supvse staff’s career dvlpmt perf. mgmt.Supvse coordination of activities btwn audit teams mgmt supvse guide staff in id’ing, researching, documenting acctg audit issues as rel. to clients under US GAAP US GAAS guidance proposing methodologies bringing issues to attn of engmt partner client mgmt.Supvse executn of various phases in audit mgmt by reviewing audit wkprs docs prepared by team members supvse the resolution of all audit issues.Supvse the dvlpmt of the budget for each audit engmt continually re-forecast budgets based on monitoring the executn of audit status; periodically monitor budget/re-forecast against actual time expense incurred.Act in capacity of a ppl mgmt leader (PML) to assigned prof staff (counselees), by setting up estblshg career dvlpmt plans w/ counselees; monitoring tracking counselee perf on audit engmts reporting perf to HR other approp. bus. leaders; updating counselees w/ perf evaltns guiding them on career dvlpmt plans ensuring interim, yr-end goal-setting reqs are met.Assist w/ career dvlpmt of team members continuously provide perf feedback, incl. encouragemt constructive criticism to audit staff members. REQS: Bachelor’s from an accredited college/univ.or foreign equiv. in Acctg, Fin, Bus.Admin, Econ, Tax,or  rel field +7 yrs exp. in job offered or rel. occupation.Master’s degree or foreign equiv+3 yrs of exp. in lieu of Bach.+7 yrs is acceptable.Any suitable combo of edu., training or exp. is acceptable. 3 yrs of exp. must incl: leading audit engmts meetings w/ client mgmt Audit Committee; contract mgmt billing; applying US GAAP, US GAAS FASB, GASB, AICPA Standards Pronouncements on audit engmts; audit of fin. statemts, disclosures mgmt reports; evaltn of ICOFR on audit engmts.40 hrs/wk;M-F;9-5;$110,400/yr.Normal firm benefits.
