Senior Manager recruitment

Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the overall administration of the Development Team
- Manage the development and translation process of regulatory questions and study manuals including their updates to reflect changes in laws and regulations in the securities and futures industry
- Manage and participate in ad hoc projects with particular regard to regulatory, compliance and legal issues
- Conduct research on examination-related matters
- Liaise with external consultants and reviewers, market practitioners, academia, etc. as required
Requirements:
- A university degree
- Solid knowledge of securities and futures laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in compliance or audit function in securities, futures and investment businesses
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Work experience with regulators or legal firms is an advantage
