Senior Manager – Retail Client Services recruitment
Our client, a leading global multi-boutique Investment Manager, has an excellent opportunity as a Senior Manager within their Retail Client Service team.
This is a key managerial role acting as the primary interface between Sales, Marketing and Product Development functions within this Asset Manager.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the service model delivered through the TPA (both UK and offshore) provides the best support to the distribution partners in both the retail and institutional space; explaining new product launches and product mix; and monitoring and reviewing quality control.
You will also provide management information, manage any delegated budget, monitor and document business risk and provide clear direction and leadership to teams managed.
You should have strong knowledge of Asset Management, excellent communication skills and proven people management skills.
