Senior Manager – Risk and Assurance recruitment
My client is a leading Banking institution both nationally and internationally. On their behalf we are to fill a senior management position with the Risk and Assurance and Continuous Improvement division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the assurance frameworks, practices and measures required.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and advise on emergency Operational Risk trends and control weaknesses
- Operational Risk assurance / monitoring / testing programme. Provide support and oversight
- Define consistent Operational Risk assurance / monitoring methodologies
- Identify, assess, control and monitor Operational Risks and Controls
- Develop procedures and for Root Cause Analysis and set in place corrective actions
- Continuously testing and qualifying controls to identify Operational Risk

Requirements:
- 4-5 years’ experience in similar role in a management position
- Masters / Degree / QFA
- Excellent IT skills
- Working knowledge of various Banking IT systems
