Senior Manager, SME Information Mananagement (Data) recruitment

Key Roles Responsibilities

a) Review the Data Quality reports prepared by FSSC, monitor and co-manage the data issues with the respective country counterparts / colleagues and to finalise  the Data Mananagement Committee packs on the monthly basis
b) Support the SME Information Management Working Group Chair in ensuring that the meeting packs, and, data issues trackers are in place, with the latest status, assigned ownership for resolution,etc
c) Review Adhoc Data Requests, where required, determine the approach, data sources, and checks to ensure quality output from various stakeholders prior FSSC executing the requests / data generation/packaging.
d) Review Data Sourcing Documents / Solution Data Flows proposed as prepared by analysts of project teams external to SBIM or data/functional analysts of Group Finance Systems product management team.
e)  to ensure data changes, flows complies with the strategic intent and standards set out in partnership and support  from Group Finance Systems Standards, Governance Architecture team
e) As and when required, manage internal SBIM projects / initiatives for example, establishing data lineage,  "wiki for standards'

Qualifications  Skills

To succeed in this role, you need to possess the following:

a) A graduate of Banking or Information Management Disciplines, with accounting background and business process experience preferred
b) Aptitute for problem solving with quantitative analysis applying banking and systems knowledge
c) Structured, well organised and disciplined in approach and daily work management
d) Good Communication skills for effective engagement with widely dispersed stakeholders
